1. Who we are

Cubella is a brand operated by Utor Plus Establishment, unified number 7050498604. We are responsible for the personal data we collect through www.cu-bella.com. For any request about your data, email team@cu-bella.com.

2. Data we collect

  • When you order: name, mobile number, email, national address (city, district, building number, additional number) and the products you buy.
  • Optional: your date of birth, if you enter it.
  • If you create an account: your login details, wishlist and order history.
  • When you contact us: what you write in the contact form or email.
  • While browsing: pages visited, country and language, through essential cookies (section 5).

We never see or store your card details; they are entered directly with the Tap payment gateway. We do not collect your national ID or any health data.

3. Marketing messages

We only send offers by email or message with your prior consent. Every message includes an easy way to stop them, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Order messages (confirmation, invoice, shipping) are always sent, as they are part of fulfilling your order.

4. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice data for the period required by tax and commercial record-keeping laws. Other data is deleted or anonymised once its purpose ends, or when you ask us to delete your account, unless the law requires us to keep it.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: to keep your cart, login and language, and for simple visit statistics within the system. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If we add them later, we will ask for your consent before they run.

6. Keeping your data safe

We protect your data with an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and by limiting access to those who need it for their work. If a breach affects your data, we will notify the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) within 72 hours, and notify you without delay if it may harm you.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct or update any inaccurate data.
  • Delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • Withdraw your consent to any use based on consent.

Email team@cu-bella.com and we will respond within 30 days. If your request is not resolved, you may file a complaint with SDAIA.

8. Minors

The store is intended for people aged 18 or over; younger customers order with a parent's or guardian's consent. If we learn we collected a minor's data without that consent, we delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will publish the new version here with its date. We will email you about any material change.
