1. About us

Cubella is a Saudi brand of refillable cosmetics operated by Utor Plus Establishment (مؤسسة أطر وأكثر). Unified number 7050498604, VAT number 313087572900003. National address: building 3950, Al Tal, Al Ghadir district, Riyadh 13311, additional number 7851 (short address RAGA3950). Email: team@cu-bella.com.

2. Acceptance

By placing an order you accept these terms and our privacy policy at www.cu-bella.com/privacy. You must be 18 or older, or order with the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and prices

  • We describe each product and its ingredients as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.
  • Prices are in Saudi riyals. The total, including 15% VAT and shipping, is shown before you confirm payment.
  • Prices and offers may change; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

4. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive the confirmation with the tax invoice.
  • We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay through the Tap payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
  • We may cancel an order with a full refund if a product is out of stock or a price is clearly wrong.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • We ship within Saudi Arabia only, to RedBox lockers or to your address. Shipping fees are paid by the customer and shown before payment.
  • We deliver within 14 days of confirmation at the latest, usually sooner, and tell you straight away about any expected delay.
  • Pre-orders ship once our stock arrives, and we email you the shipping date. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.
  • If delivery takes more than 15 days from your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.
  • Please make sure your national address and mobile number are correct; re-shipping caused by wrong details is charged to the customer.

6. Returns and exchanges

  • Products cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened or they have been used, as cosmetics are personal-care items that cannot be resold hygienically.
  • We do not offer exchanges.
  • Sealed, unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery only, as provided by the Saudi E-Commerce Law; the customer pays the return shipping. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Accepted refunds are paid to the original payment method once we receive and check the product. To request one, email team@cu-bella.com with your order number.

7. Damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered or what was advertised, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We cover the return cost and refund the full amount including shipping.

8. Safe use

Read the ingredients before use and patch-test on a small area of skin if you have sensitivities. Stop using a product if irritation occurs and consult a doctor. For external use only; keep away from children and heat.

9. Privacy and data protection

  • We use your data (name, mobile, email, address, and date of birth if you provide it) only to fulfil your order and contact you about it.
  • We share it only as needed with the partners who fulfil your order: the Tap payment gateway, shipping companies (RedBox and DHL), and government authorities when legally required.
  • We only send marketing with your consent, and you may ask us to correct or delete your data at any time. See our privacy policy: www.cu-bella.com/privacy.

10. Intellectual property

The Cubella trademark, product designs and site content, including images and text, belong to Utor Plus Establishment and may not be used without written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect any consumer right under the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

12. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are happy to resolve any concern directly at team@cu-bella.com, and you may also file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version published when you place your order applies.
