1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items once they have been shipped. We kindly ask that you choose your shades and products carefully before checkout.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please email us at contact@cubella.info within 7 days of delivery with:

We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within 21 days of shipment, please contact us. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs issues, we’ll do our best to help locate your order and resolve the issue.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not available and the product was delivered damaged. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are confirmed and processing has begun. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
